Resort Villa is one of the few Boracay Resorts that can claim to be only 20 steps from the ocean, step out of your deluxe beach front room and your feet are on the famous powder white sand that has made this tropical Island of Boracay famous.
ARTISTA Boracay Island Hotel was the brain child of Jimmy & Nenita Lohser a Swiss national & Filipina. Jimmy started coming to Boracay Philippines in the early 1980's when this Island was relatively unknown. Back in the early 80's, Jimmy would frequent a place he fell in love with the first time there.
ARTISTA Boracay Beach was a place where he and friends would hang out, sing songs by fire-light and listen to the waves of the Sulu sea slapping against the shore, as if the waves were trying to keep time with the rhythm of the music.
Its been over 20 years now, the special place once known as ARTISTA Beach, has been renamed to Diniwid Beach, but the charm and allure of this private and secluded Boracay Beach that once called out to Jimmy is still here, now stronger than ever.
After meeting Nenita in 2000 they decided to build the lovely ARTISTA Beach Boracay Resort that was once reflective of a simpler time, a time less complicated. In March of 2005 ARTISTA Beach Resort in Boracay, a refined Boutique Hotel with all of the modern amenities found in a 4 star hotel was completed.
The principles of ARTISTA Beach Resort in Boracay are quite simple, we cater to those seeking comfort, yet long for freedom. The design of ARTISTA Beach Villa is in tune with Jimmy's first experience to Boracay Philippines in the early 1980's, that is to keep things open, undefined yet principled in concept to allow all visitors to experience this treasure we have come to know as Boracay Island Philippines. - ENJOY!!

 2 - Deluxe Rooms - on the ground, only 20 steps to the ocean at high tide.
3 - Deluxe Rooms - on the 2nd floor each having a spectacular view of Boracay Beach, the ocean and Panay Island.
2 - Deluxe Rooms - on the 3rd floor, one of these two rooms is very large and offering a terrace that wraps the room entirely. This rooms is highly recommended for "Honeymooners". Each of these rooms also offers a spectacular view of Boracay Beach, the ocean and Panay Island.

Each Studio / Family room at Artista Boracay is very spacious and perfect for a family of 4 on a Boracay Vacation. Each family room offers its own, kitchen, bar, lounge area and sofa bed. The Studios do not offer the same full Boracay Beach View as the deluxe rooms, but you are only steps from Boracay Beach.
Artista Boracay family rooms are equipped with a King Size Bed, split type Air-condition with remote control, En-suite bathrooms, and state of the art jet massage showers. Each room consist of cable TV, Mini-bar, Broad Band Internet.

From Manila Domestic Airport has flights to Boracay either via Kalibo (45 minutes) or via Caticlan (35 minutes via SEAIR Airlines).
From the Kalibo Airport, air-conditioned vans and buses for hire are available to take you to the Caticlan Jetty Port , where boats are stationed to take you to Boracay Island. The bus trip takes around 90 minutes, and the boat ride, 30 minutes.
From Iloilo, there are air-conditioned vans and buses going to Kalibo or directly to Caticlan, where boats going to Boracay are stationed.
From Cebu, Asian Spirit and SEAIR fly to Kalibo two times weekly.
