Boracay Beaches - Boracay Island, The Philippines

Boracay Island in the Philippines, has thirteen (13) unique and awesome white beaches located in different place around the island. Each one of these beaches offers a unique opportunity to explore something different.

There are two (2) main beaches on Boracay;

 

"White Beach" Approximately 2kms long and the main attraction to the island of Boracay, over 700,000 tourist travel to Boracay each year just to set their feet into that ultra powder soft and snow white sand, that has made this island famous. White Beach is located on the west side of the island and provides tourist with the ultimate beach experience.

"Bulobog Beach" Approximately 1.5kms long and is the most popular area for "windsurfing & kiteboarding" as the winds here during November thru January are really strong and provide excellent lift.

 

Each year since 2005 Boracay has been the host of the Boracay International Dragon Boat Competition in partnership with Philippines Department of Tourism.

 

 

Boracay White Beach - Here you will find boat stations 1, 2 & 3.

 

Diniwid Beach - A private beach with a small number of resorts, Artista, Nami, Microtel & West Cove.

 

Puka Shell Beach - A small private beach with no hotels, famous for the (Puka Shell).

 

Bunyagan Beach - A small private beach where you will find the Shangri-La Boracay Hotel.

 

Bulabog Beach - A small public beach mainly for kiteboarding and windsurfing.

 

Cagban Beach - This is the public jetty port for all entries and exits from Boracay Island.

 

Manoc Manoc Beach - Not developed.

 

Tambisaan Beach - This is the secondary jetty port used durring high tide.

 

Balinghai Beach - A small private beach that is home to Balinghai Boracay Resort.

 

Punta Bunga Beach - A small private beach home only to The Club Panoly Boracay.

 

Ilig-Iligan Beach - A small private beach home to Zoe Mei Boracay Hotel.

 

Lapuz-Lapuz Beach - The private beach for Fairways and Bluewater Boracay Golf Resort and Country Club.

 

Tulubhan Beach - A small private beach home to one 5 star hotel, Monaco Suites Boracay.
