Bulabog Beach is on the eastern coastline of Boracay and is renowned for its constant winds which attract Boracay windsurfers from around the globe. The Boracay windsurfing enthusiast converge here every year to participate in the Boracay International
Fun board Cup.
Bulabog Beach is south of Ilig-Iligan Beach, it is separated from Boracay White Beach on the west by the narrowest part of Boracay Island.
The one-kilometer long Bulabog Beach comes alive during the early months of each year when, powered by the winds of the northeast monsoon, Boracay Windsurfers skim through its water.
Boracay is truly a windsurfers paradise! The Boracay International Fun board Cup has been held there each year since 1988, and since 1989 has been one leg of the Southeast Asia
Fun board Cup. In addition to windsurfers, kite
boarders also now enjoy the strong wind until June or July, when the southwest monsoon begins. Bulabog Beach is often deserted, allowing you to feel the "other side" of Boracay during a walk there.
