Mango Ray Boracay RestaurantMango Ray Boracay Restaurant is compact and surrounded by an air of seclusion, this imaginatively designed Swiss-owned garden restaurant comprises a small bar (the Ambiente Bar) and an adjacent dining area with thatched, beehive-like huts set amidst hibiscus, oleanders and coconut trees.

 


As an added attraction, each table top is designed for a game of chess or backgammon. The menu ranges from pasta and pizza to steak and Swiss specialties like cheese fondue (PHP485 for two). The fully stocked bar includes a wine selection.

 

Among Mango Rays Boracay Restaurant specialties are appetizers as spring rolls, sashimi, tacos, carpaccio, kilawin, calamares frittas, greek olives and prawns au gratin. Main courses include classical Filippino and Japanese dishes, Swiss classic cuisine as Fondue, Raclette and Roesti and also Italian food as various spaghetti dishes and Boracay made pizzas.

Getting to Boracay:

VIA CATICLAN: Asian Spirit, SEAIR and Corporate Air Airlines fly from the Manila Domestic Airport to Caticlan Airport on Panay Island. Depending on the type of aircraft, flight times may vary from 55 minutes to 1 hour and SEAIR Boracay Flights are just 35 minutes. From the airport in Caticlan to the Jetty Port is just a 5-minute tricycle ride away.  Then, a motorized banca (boat) will take guests on a leisurely 20-minute ride to Boracay Island Philippines.
 
VIA KALIBO: Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific and Air Philippines fly from the Manila Domestic Airport to Kalibo Airport in 55 minutes. From there, guests take a 1 hour and 30 minute ride in an air-conditioned shuttle bus to the Caticlan Jetty Port. Then transfer to a motorized banca (boat) for a leisurely 20-minute ride to Boracay Philippines.
