White House is a luxurious and spacious four bedroom villa set on the hillside with magnificent views over Bulabog Beach and Boracay Island. Only a few minutes drive to the beach, the shops and restaurants, or to the fabulous 18-hole Graham Marsh designed golf-course at Fairways and Bluewater.

Accommodations: 

The Villa facilities include:

  • 4 air conditioned bedrooms with Queen sized beds. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.

  • Bedroom 1 has large ensuite with bath, twin basins, toilet, and separate shower. It has large sliding glass doors      leading to balconies on 2 sides, and providing magnificent views. Cable TV and DVD Player

  • Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom (Janet & John) with basin, toilet and shower. Bed 2 has large glass sliding     doors leading to its own verandah and sea views. Bedroom 4 is a separate unit at the top of the villa, with its own     ensuite with basin, toilet and shower. This room has its own large terrace, and as on the highest point of the villa,     has uninterrupted views across the island and out to sea.

  • A large modern kitchen with full appliances, crockery, cutlery and cookware.

  • Large living area with cable TV, DVD Player and dining area with full view of the ocean and island.

  • Large terrace above living area with furniture and magnificent views

  • Two full-time on-site staff who clean the house and make beds. If you want them to run errands, cook meals. do      personal laundry, etc. this can be arranged at small additional costs.

The villa can be rented as a whole, or the bedrooms can be rented separately with guests sharing the common areas, however, as Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom, these need to be rented together.
